Menu 1

Entrée: Prawn and Scallop Risotto in a Crab Stock.
Main: Veal Osso Bucco with wet Polenta.
Dessert: Tirami Su


Menu 2

Entrée: Gnocchi Making with 2 sauces
Pomodoro and Basil / Gorgonzola, Mushrooms and Cream.
Main: Stuffed Calamari with Squid Ink Risotto.
Dessert: Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta

Menu 3

Entrée: Antipasto Classico - Inc Stuffed Mussels, Frittata, Baby Whitebait Fritters.
Mains: Chicken Cacciatore (Sicilian Style)
Dessert: Rhubarb Crumble

Our cooking classes are quite unique, we conduct them in the comfort of your own home, using your equipment and utensils so you can confidently replicate all the dishes.

We bring all the ingredients, whilst you need only supply 6 to 12 budding cooks and wines to match.

The above menus are a sample only, feel free to mix and match or add a Fazio’s dish you’ve always wanted to cook at home.

Classes are conducted by Sam and are $75.00 per head.
